Listening to the radio yesterday they were talking about recharging our bodies and how we are so busy with life we forget to relax and let our bodies recharge. 

Recharging our bodies  helps gives us more energy, feel better physically and mentally. 

If we don’t recharge our bodies we get worn out stressed, overwhelmed, tired, makes us sick. Please relax, read a book, take a nap, watch tv/movies, and good nights sleep.

I just recharged yesterday. 🙂 My favorite thing to do is to run a hot salt bath, light a candle, a stick of incense, turn some relaxing music on, and turn the bathroom light out and enjoy my alone time. It took me a long time to find my “go-to” method, but I love it and it helps so much. Having multiple conditions, it is imperative that I practice self-care. It has taken me a long time to get here, and not feel guilty about taking some “me” time.

  2. I was telling someone the other day that I hardly know the meaning of the word relax. It can be hard sometimes for me to settle into a relaxing mode. It is necessary just to take time for oneself..I need that sometimes.
